National Mortgage Field Services is a privately held Limited Liability Company.

Our company specializes in all aspects of the field inspection business.  We provide national field service coverage in all 50 states.  Several of our clients use us as their “Go-To” company.  Our niche’ is the “hard-to-find” Route and Box number addresses.  We specialize in finding properties that no one else can find, or want to take the time to find.  We can also do the easy inspections inside city limits.

Experience:
Michael Evangelo is the CEO of NMFS, and started his inspection experience in 1983.  Hired by Rand Carlson who was the original CEO of Mortgage Specialist Inc.  After years of experience out in the field, he started Texoma Field Services in 2002.  Texoma Field Services was limited as a regional company.  In 2012 Texoma Field Services changed the company name to National Mortgage Field Services due to our expanding growth and national coverage. Same company, same highly trained Independent Contractors, same ownership.  Just a new name.

Training:
The main reason for the success of NMFS is the training we provide.  Our emphasis is in quality training to provide quality inspectors, who provide quality inspections.  NMFS has trained hundreds of field inspectors in the art and excellence of Field Inspecting mortgaged properties, commercial and residential.   All Independent Contractors hired by NMFS must go through our online training modules, and then pass an extensive exam.

Dedication:
Inspectors working for NMFS are dedicated independent contractors with the highest ethical standards.  They are the best mortgage inspectors you will find anywhere in the industry.  Compare our inspectors to any of those who had a “20 minute” crash course over the phone and you will agree that our inspectors are the best-trained field reps in the industry.  Inspectors, who do not meet our tough standards, end up working for our competitors.

Diversity of Inspection Types:
National Mortgage Field Services is not limited to mortgage field service inspections.  We can do a variety of other inspection types including Photo Surveys, Insurance Loss (Loss Draft), Merchant Site Verifications, Draw Inspections, Floor Inspections, all types of Collateral Inspections and more.  Visit our Services page for a  list of just some of the services we provide.  If the type of field service you need in not listed there, ask us.  We may still be able to help.

What We Do Not Do:
NMFS does not do “Drive-By” inspections.  Actually, we do, but we just hate using that term.  We stop and inspect every property according to the work order.  For the sake of work order recognition, you can call it a “Drive-By” inspection if you prefer.  All we are saying is that no matter what the inspection is typically called, we are going to stop and do the inspection right.
